Remember the company profile you created way back in assignment 2? Using that profile, you will create a complete logo for your company. By complete, I mean a fully vector version created in Illustrator.

Part I
Due October 16th For the first part of this assignment, you will take the best of your sketches, scan it, and use the pen tool in Illustrator to create a simple vector version of the logo. I will come look at this in class.

Part II
Due October 23rd The second part of this assignment will require that you finish your logo. You may find that it has evolved or changed radically from the previous week. That is fine. In its final form, you logo should naturally be done in Illustrator and be 100% vector.

Assuming your logo utilizes color, you should also prepare a black and white version that can stand up to lower resolution reproduction.

An ongoing part of this assignment is to document the entire creative process you follow to arrive at the final logo. That means you show me the research you did leading up to your brainstorming (sketches, etc.), the various versions and evolutions your project takes, and so forth. Please think of the presentation of this part of the assignment as a design challenge within a design challenge. You will present this portion of the project to me in the way of your choosing on October 23rd.
